OMG Santa Clara

Oregon Medical Group wanted to build a new Medical Clinic in the North Eugene area and Meili Construction was hired to build this new building in front of the old “Ray’s Market” on River Road.  The work included all of the site excavation, site utilities, concrete foundations and slab and the entire new building (Shell).  This job consisted of two separate contracts, the Shell and the Tennant Infill (as required by the developer and tenant for accounting purposes).

The Tenant Infill scope included all interior framing, MEP and Fire Sprinkler systems, all interior finishes, and cabinetry and door packages to make a beautiful and functional clinic for this 14,770 sq. ft. facility.  The services provided at the clinic include Family Medicine and Pediatric Physicians as well as x ray, Lab, Physical Therapy Gym and all of the necessary supporting spaces for the OMG employees.
