Kappa Alpha Theta

The new home for the Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority is really a massive remodel of an existing 2 story building built in the early 80’s on the Mill Race Canal.
The existing building was last used as Medical offices and was stripped to the studs. Then additional foundations, floors, and roofs were added to create the new footprint and form of this 27 Unit (57 Student occupancy). Including the “House Mom’s Apartment,” there is a total of 14,889 square feet. Features include a new commercial kitchen, large dining room, interior elevator, new parking lot and completely new landscaping.
