Norsemen Village

The Norsemen Village Apartments are an affordable housing development (primarily) for seniors located in Junction City, completed in 2013. The scope of our work on this project included replacement of the entire envelope (roof, windows, doors, siding, and exterior decks); complete interior unit rehab; and extensive site improvements (new sidewalks, paving, storm sewer, and landscaping.) The construction period was roughly 16 months and tenants were relocated (by building) to other vacant units on-site prior to rehabilitation of their units. Our on-site superintendent coordinated all aspects of the work and communicated several times a day with the onsite managers.
