Curt Meili

Curt Meili, Dennis Meili’s youngest son, has over 25 years of experience managing public and private CM/GC projects. He is well versed on the various federal and state funding sources and he has a proven track record in assisting private and public developers in the CFC funding cycle competition.

Curt has been the Project Lead/Project Manager on multiple Design Build CM/CG projects for Meili Construction, including the Stellar Apartments, Hawthorne Apartments (HACSA), Town Center Station, The Lamb Building, The Aurora Building, and The Royal Building. Curt has worked extensively with the Project Architect, Bergsund DeLaney, in developing affordable housing in Lane County.

Curt is passionate about sports and politics. He loves to go golfing and hang out with his wife and 2 kids.
